Came in for an oil change which is included in my lease yet charged me $36 to rotate the tires. I regret saying yes as tire rotation is always part of an oil change and this car is a lease that’s way under yet charged me $36 to rotate the tires. I regret saying yes as tire rotation is always part of an oil change and this car is a lease that’s way under the miles….so you are getting back a car that has a lot of value but are nickel and dimming me got the tire rotation. I’ll pass next time. It was a turn off. More

It took 2. 5 hours to have my oil changed and I set an appointment for 9am. I even waved my car wash to get out sooner. It would have taken an additional 15 min 5 hours to have my oil changed and I set an appointment for 9am. I even waved my car wash to get out sooner. It would have taken an additional 15 min for a car wash.. absolutely ridiculous. never again More
