Good sales department, pathetic service department. The salesman i worked with, John Williams, has sold me 2 trucks now. Both of those experiences were awesome. The first truck i bought, a '16 Ram 2500, i had in the shop for some recall repairs, never seemed an issue from there. However, any time i took it in, for anything else, the problems didnt exist to them. They couldnt find the exhaust leak, which was a loose clamp around the EGR that i later found myself. Recently, i bought a 2021 3500 dually because the 2500 started throwing transmission error codes. They were sayung theyd have to have the truck in the shop for 4 - 5 days to diagnose the problem and it wad my only vehicle. I had a 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty. Never any problems besides the exhaust leak, until the truck turned over 105,000 miles, then, Surprise! Anyway, i had the 2500 truck in to get the transmission error checked out, which lead to me buying the new truck. I shouldve known to just tell my fiance to leave the moment she pulled in. The service dept guy, whos name i forgot, told my fiance that my truck needed an alignment as soon as she pulled in. He said their camera looking at the garage door alerted him the truck was way out of alignment. The thing is, the tires on the truck get rotated every 4000 and they have over 40,000 miles on them. There not 1, even slightly little, odd wear on those tires. This is where everything just went to xxxx in a hand basket. I told the man he can check the alignment but thats it. Ive had the alignment checked on that truck every 6 - 8 months since i bought it. Its never been off, never. I couldnt get it checked in 2020 because of all the nonsense pandemic, and it had been doing fine, so i wasnt worried about it. They claimed to check it and claimed my drivers side steering tire was out if whack. They claimed they didnt mess with the alignment, but after we got the truck back, it was pulling HARD to the left. After 3 days of nonsense phone calls, i got the truck back to them to fix the alignment. They again, didnt listen, did whatever they felt like. Did a video inspection of everything on the truck, and told me everything i already knew. They claimed they didnt do anything to the alignment, but now there is another "problem" with something in the rearend, but hey, the alignment miraculously fixed itself! They even tried to offer me "an excellent service deal!" For nearly $300, theyd change my oil filter, almost 2 gal of oil and 2 fuel filters. Thats what it costs me to change my oil in my dump truck that holds 12 gal of oil! This is why i do all my maintenance myself! Ill NEVER take either of my trucks back to that service department. If youre smart, youll stay the xxxx away from those con artists. Its no wonder this is the lowest rated dealership of all their lots More

The sales people are very friendly here but the service department is awful. I had a horrible experience over a year ago and thought I would give them another chance. I shouldn't have. I even reached out to the service manager each time to let hime know and nerf heard a word back. Long story short for this time around they had my car for 10 days and never found my sunroof leak, and didn't fix my radio after I had gave them the ok to do so. When I went to get my car they still made me pay $250..00 when they didn't fix anything. Took my car to the Delaware dealership the next week and they found the leak and fixed my radio. They were super friendly and kept me updated. I will never go back to this dealership again. More

I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday. I received a call Monday morning from Joe gave him a call back. Spoke to him gave him one of my warranties. Tried calling back Monday evening bc I had not heard anything about what was going on. Left a message no call back. Called Tuesday left another message no call back. Called Wednesday received a txt saying they were working on my vehicle. Called left a message for Joe to call me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle not txt me. Received nothing. Thursday at 430pm get a txt with a diagnosis on my vehicle followed by a voicemail with a quote. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at MONDAY didn’t even get looked at till THURSDAY. Had they looked at my vehicle and called me back when they said they would I would have been able to get my second warranty information to them. However Friday I went and picked up my vehicle and took it to a different dealership to be fixed. Asked for a manager when I got there which the manager had left for the day. So there was another guy that said he was the between starting explaining it to him then Joe walked in and that guy just walked away. More

Customer service is a joke. They give you the run around once you sign on the line. Went and picked my Jeep from service and it took them 30 mins to find it and was supposed to detailed but did a terrible j once you sign on the line. DISHONEST DEALERSHIP . Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went through here is . I had recently taken my vehicle to a Firestone for an oil change. While working on my car they spotted a nail in one of my tires and wanted to remove the nail and patch the tire for me. However, they were unable to remove the tire since it was equipped with a special 'locked' lug nut. I did not have possession of the key to remove this special lug nut. I had to take my vehicle to Performance (where I purchased it new 2 years earlier) since they would have the lock to remove the lug nut. After all they decided to put this 'locked' lug nut on to begin with. I never asked for the vehicle to come with these special locked lug nuts and the salesman never told me about this unique circumstance. (Not being upfront is kind of shady) I asked them to replace the special lug nuts with regular standard lug nuts. Somehow these standard nuts cost $8.25 a piece. Talk about high margins! However, Performance then told me they couldn't remove the nail and do a basic patch because of where the nail was lodged into the tire. The only option was to REPLACE THE ENTIRE TIRE. Give me a break! Firestone told me a couple hours earlier they could do a patch on the tire. Obviously I declined Performance's 'recommendation'. After regular lug nuts were put on to replace my special ones I took my vehicle back to Firestone. They were able to remove the nail and patch my tire no problem at all!! Moral of the story: Performance LIES!!! More

Months later car not fixed. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Hands down the WORST customer service experience I've dealt with. My two year old Jeep started corroding on the hood. After two months of leaving unanswered voicemails with their service department I finally got to talk to someone. They made me an appointment for Nov 4. Took my car in on the 4th and was told I didn't need to go to them but instead drive to the Auto Body shop they use out at Easton. I was told I would hear back within 3 days if the work was approved...15 days later i called to find out it had been approved days ago, Jeep just failed to contact me. For the second time i drove out to Jeep and met with Don Chesser. He told me he would have contacted me but had no way to reach me. Keep in mind I was on all the emails between Don and collision. I also bought they car AT THEIR LOCATION. From here I get a rental car and was told I would have my car back by the end of that week. Well...the rental had a slow leak in the rear tire that I had to fill up every time I drove it. This went on for TWO WEEKS. I called the next Monday (3 days after car was to be finished) I was told it wasn't finished and no estimate when to expect it. Today, 6 days after it was supposed to be finished I had to call them to find out it was ready. OH...AND THE CAR STILL ISNT WORKING PROPERLY. Do not use this dealership for purchasing or warranty repairs ! More

They cracked the bottom panel of my car which is very noticeable the Service supervisor which is the night time supervisor is very rude they over charged me and when I noticed it they chanced the price I still don't know where that price came in at. There was oil all on my car scratches on my paint and my license plate is bend up! I would never come back here! More
