Probably the worst service experience I can say I ever had. Aside from telling me they changed my oil and later finding it never happened. I have been here 5 times to try and fix a stalling issue with a 5 had. Aside from telling me they changed my oil and later finding it never happened. I have been here 5 times to try and fix a stalling issue with a 5.7 HEMI. The service staff is absolutely clueless-if it were up to me, they wouldn't have jobs. Les in service is by far the worst. Try asking him a question about service and I swear you would be better off asking the receptionist. In addition to Les, Mark Adkins the Service manager is a waste of space. Good luck getting an email response, or even a call back. Show up in person and he runs into the back room and hides! Awful Awful experience. Will NEVER go back again. Plan to spread the word too. Buy a vehicle elsewhere, like Carriage Town in Delaware or Crown Jeep of Dublin....Stay clear away from Performance. More
I purchased a Jeep Commander a year ago, and I thought if I took my car to a Jeep dealer I would receive the best service. Was I wrong!! I have had my car there twice for the same issues that they keep failing to fix, yet continue to charge me & my warranty company for sevices they have yet to fix. NEVER will I take my car to this location again. The incompitence of these mechanics amaze me. The first time we reveiced our car back, we went to put gas in and the mechanism you put the nozzle in was missing. Terrible customer care by this service department!! Regards, J.Clifton More
I don't recommend the service deparment. I took our van into service for a noise under the hood. After spending $500 to fix the noise, it is still there. They would not negotiate a partial refund.
