The service center is the worse service center I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was in the shop multiple times and has been damaged by them multiple times while in their possession for over 4 months. B ever dealt with. Based off some of the reviews, including this one, it seems that if you buy a car from them that is not brand new, or a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, you will have tons of problems with your vehicle and they will treat you how they see fit while taking your money. They aren’t the friendliest people or the best when it comes to communication. I went by to check on my vehicle without them knowing I was coming and just sat and watch for a bit in the parking lot. The service center employees fly through the parking lot in customer cars like it’s a race track purposely hitting bumps and riding up on curbs. With the damage done to my vehicle and the almost 20 extra miles put on it for no reason, and an employees phone connected to my car, I can only imagine how they treat the vehicles in their possession. They also admitted to giving me a vehicle without having it serviced first. The issues listed in this review only cover a few of the many, many problems I’ve had with them. Stay far, far away from this place especially if you are thinking of buying something used. The one star is because I have to rate them in order to submit this review. UPDATE: Took the vehicle to a shop because it was making noises. Reported this to Performance and heard nothing back. The shop is saying that when the dealership did the work, they damaged my steering column. To the point that the air bag could go off and the only way to fix the damage the Performance service center did is to replace the entire steering column. The mechanic showed me what was done and was confused as to why they were even in the steering column. The work that was done by Performance did not require them to be anywhere near the steering wheel. The other thing, besides body damage by Performance, was the weird thumping sound the vehicle makes. The mechanic said that Performance put the vehicle back together in a rush and probably didn’t do it correctly as there were hoses out of place and the engine filter was just sitting on top of the transmission in the corner and not even latched back in to place. NEVER and I mean NEVER take your vehicle to their service center. This is the shadiest place I have ever dealt with. More
After recently moving to Columbus, I took my Ram 2500 in for a warranty wheel/tire replacement. The service was terrible. First, they tried to tell me the warranty would not cover it. Thankfully, the deal for a warranty wheel/tire replacement. The service was terrible. First, they tried to tell me the warranty would not cover it. Thankfully, the dealership where I purchased the truck contacted them and clarified that the warranty would indeed cover it. Then, after scheduling an appointment approx. one week later, they took almost two full hours to complete a simple wheel/tire replacement. Even they booked only 15 min for the appointment so I don’t know what took so long. I do not recommend going to this dealership. I certainly will not go back. More
I came in today for oil change/tire rotation. I've been having my Jeep Cherokee serviced here for 3 or 4 years. About a year ago I had them service my transmission and transfer case. The guy at the counter says its time for you to have your transfer case serviced. I said check your records I already had it serviced. He said oh yes you did sorry. At this time I told him I just had it in another shop for rear differential and to check transfer case due to code. The shop told me it looked like the transfer case and transmission had not been serviced. He said it looks like we did it due to parts being taken out of inventory. I said well that makes me feel better but there is no real way to know if it was done. So I had the oil change/tire rotation done. When I went to pay it was $116.67. My 2 previous were $90.05 and $89.18. I said did price go up he said yes. Thats $26 more! So I go out to my vehicle and search all over parking lot can't find it. Go back in ask a guy for help he said I am busy and they park them anywhere! So I go out looking again can't find and go back to my original service guy and he goes with me it is in back of lot around building far away! Then as I am driving home I noticed the mileage sticker in the window was not taken out and they put new one on top of it! I pull the other one off and I see why they did not take old one off. It was coming off in pieces and would take some time to do. I took razor blade and took off myself. For these kinds of prices you would think you would get better service! Not have to go searching around for you vehicle, take the sticker off, not have to worry if the actual work had been done! No confidence in this place anymore not going back! Bought a vehicle a year ago that had a check engine light on. We were told it was not a problem but that the service department could not find the issue. The vehicle was back in the shop 2 months later for t on. We were told it was not a problem but that the service department could not find the issue. The vehicle was back in the shop 2 months later for the same check engine issue and have been there 3 additional times since then. This last time they had it 2 months and we continued to not hear from them at all. We had to continue to ask for updated. We were given the vehicle back and told that it was fixed and had to tow it back 10 hours later because it was undriveable. Then we were told the issue it is now having they knew about but just did not fix it. Now the tire is shoot and they were brand new tires when we purchased the vehicle but told there is no warranty on them. More

The first truck i bought, a '16 Ram 2500, i had in the shop for some recall repairs, never seemed an issue from there. However, any time i took it in, for anything else, the problems didnt exist to them. They couldnt find the exhaust leak, which was a loose clamp around the EGR that i later found myself. Recently, i bought a 2021 3500 dually because the 2500 started throwing transmission error codes. They were sayung theyd have to have the truck in the shop for 4 - 5 days to diagnose the problem and it wad my only vehicle. I had a 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty. Never any problems besides the exhaust leak, until the truck turned over 105,000 miles, then, Surprise! Anyway, i had the 2500 truck in to get the transmission error checked out, which lead to me buying the new truck. I shouldve known to just tell my fiance to leave the moment she pulled in. The service dept guy, whos name i forgot, told my fiance that my truck needed an alignment as soon as she pulled in. He said their camera looking at the garage door alerted him the truck was way out of alignment. The thing is, the tires on the truck get rotated every 4000 and they have over 40,000 miles on them. There not 1, even slightly little, odd wear on those tires. This is where everything just went to xxxx in a hand basket. I told the man he can check the alignment but thats it. Ive had the alignment checked on that truck every 6 - 8 months since i bought it. Its never been off, never. I couldnt get it checked in 2020 because of all the nonsense pandemic, and it had been doing fine, so i wasnt worried about it. They claimed to check it and claimed my drivers side steering tire was out if whack. They claimed they didnt mess with the alignment, but after we got the truck back, it was pulling HARD to the left. After 3 days of nonsense phone calls, i got the truck back to them to fix the alignment. They again, didnt listen, did whatever they felt like. Did a video inspection of everything on the truck, and told me everything i already knew. They claimed they didnt do anything to the alignment, but now there is another "problem" with something in the rearend, but hey, the alignment miraculously fixed itself! They even tried to offer me "an excellent service deal!" For nearly $300, theyd change my oil filter, almost 2 gal of oil and 2 fuel filters. Thats what it costs me to change my oil in my dump truck that holds 12 gal of oil! This is why i do all my maintenance myself! Ill NEVER take either of my trucks back to that service department. If youre smart, youll stay the xxxx away from those con artists. Its no wonder this is the lowest rated dealership of all their lots More

Will never bring my jeep back for service there again. The sales people are very friendly here but the service department is awful. I had a horrible experience over a year ago and thought I would give them another chance. I shouldn't have. I even reached out to the service manager each time to let hime know and nerf heard a word back. Long story short for this time around they had my car for 10 days and never found my sunroof leak, and didn't fix my radio after I had gave them the ok to do so. When I went to get my car they still made me pay $250..00 when they didn't fix anything. Took my car to the Delaware dealership the next week and they found the leak and fixed my radio. They were super friendly and kept me updated. I will never go back to this dealership again. More
I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday. I received a call Monday morning from Joe gave him a call back. Spoke to him gave him one of my warranties. Tried calling back Monday evening bc I had not heard anything about what was going on. Left a message no call back. Called Tuesday left another message no call back. Called Wednesday received a txt saying they were working on my vehicle. Called left a message for Joe to call me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle not txt me. Received nothing. Thursday at 430pm get a txt with a diagnosis on my vehicle followed by a voicemail with a quote. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at MONDAY didn’t even get looked at till THURSDAY. Had they looked at my vehicle and called me back when they said they would I would have been able to get my second warranty information to them. However Friday I went and picked up my vehicle and took it to a different dealership to be fixed. Asked for a manager when I got there which the manager had left for the day. So there was another guy that said he was the between starting explaining it to him then Joe walked in and that guy just walked away. More
