I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday. I received a call Monday morning from Joe gave him a call back. Spoke to him gave him one of my warranties. Tried calling back Monday evening bc I had not heard anything about what was going on. Left a message no call back. Called Tuesday left another message no call back. Called Wednesday received a txt saying they were working on my vehicle. Called left a message for Joe to call me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle not txt me. Received nothing. Thursday at 430pm get a txt with a diagnosis on my vehicle followed by a voicemail with a quote. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at MONDAY didn’t even get looked at till THURSDAY. Had they looked at my vehicle and called me back when they said they would I would have been able to get my second warranty information to them. However Friday I went and picked up my vehicle and took it to a different dealership to be fixed. Asked for a manager when I got there which the manager had left for the day. So there was another guy that said he was the between starting explaining it to him then Joe walked in and that guy just walked away. More
Customer service is a joke. They give you the run around once you sign on the line. Went and picked my Jeep from service and it took them 30 mins to find it and was supposed to detailed but did a terrible j once you sign on the line. They are bigger talkers my advice is to get everything in writing. More
DISHONEST DEALERSHIP . Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went through here is . I had recently taken my vehicle to a Firestone for an oil change. While working on my car they spotted a nail in one of my tires and wanted to remove the nail and patch the tire for me. However, they were unable to remove the tire since it was equipped with a special 'locked' lug nut. I did not have possession of the key to remove this special lug nut. I had to take my vehicle to Performance (where I purchased it new 2 years earlier) since they would have the lock to remove the lug nut. After all they decided to put this 'locked' lug nut on to begin with. I never asked for the vehicle to come with these special locked lug nuts and the salesman never told me about this unique circumstance. (Not being upfront is kind of shady) I asked them to replace the special lug nuts with regular standard lug nuts. Somehow these standard nuts cost $8.25 a piece. Talk about high margins! However, Performance then told me they couldn't remove the nail and do a basic patch because of where the nail was lodged into the tire. The only option was to REPLACE THE ENTIRE TIRE. Give me a break! Firestone told me a couple hours earlier they could do a patch on the tire. Obviously I declined Performance's 'recommendation'. After regular lug nuts were put on to replace my special ones I took my vehicle back to Firestone. They were able to remove the nail and patch my tire no problem at all!! Moral of the story: Performance LIES!!! More
Months later car not fixed. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Hands down the WORST customer service experience I've dealt with. My two year old Jeep started corroding on the hood. I was also experiencing the car radio and accessories not turning off after shutting the car off. After two months of leaving unanswered voicemails with their service department I finally got to talk to someone. They made me an appointment for Nov 4. Took my car in on the 4th and was told I didn't need to go to them but instead drive to the Auto Body shop they use out at Easton. I was told I would hear back within 3 days if the work was approved...15 days later i called to find out it had been approved days ago, Jeep just failed to contact me. For the second time i drove out to Jeep and met with Don Chesser. He told me he would have contacted me but had no way to reach me. Keep in mind I was on all the emails between Don and collision. I also bought they car AT THEIR LOCATION. From here I get a rental car and was told I would have my car back by the end of that week. Well...the rental had a slow leak in the rear tire that I had to fill up every time I drove it. This went on for TWO WEEKS. I called the next Monday (3 days after car was to be finished) I was told it wasn't finished and no estimate when to expect it. Today, 6 days after it was supposed to be finished I had to call them to find out it was ready. OH...AND THE CAR STILL ISNT WORKING PROPERLY. Do not use this dealership for purchasing or warranty repairs ! More

Bad service I brought my car here thinking this was the right choice because it was dodge it's self I didn't think anything could go wrong and everything will get I brought my car here thinking this was the right choice because it was dodge it's self I didn't think anything could go wrong and everything will get fixed the way it should but that wasn't the case. They cracked the bottom panel of my car which is very noticeable the Service supervisor which is the night time supervisor is very rude they over charged me and when I noticed it they chanced the price I still don't know where that price came in at. There was oil all on my car scratches on my paint and my license plate is bend up! I would never come back here! More

Going on day 2 for a transmission diagnostic, still nothing I called in advance to schedule an appointment at Performance Chrysler to have the transmission diagnosed as it was going into limp mode after a shirt I called in advance to schedule an appointment at Performance Chrysler to have the transmission diagnosed as it was going into limp mode after a shirt drive. I arrived just before my scheduled appointment time and had planned to wait in the lobby. I originally only authorized a single hours work and was told I would be contacted if additional time was needed. When I arrived it was suggested I take advantage of their shuttle service as they wouldn't be working on the vehicle at that time and it may be a several hours. By 4:30pm I was concerned and called back in to see if the van would be done with it's diagnostic before they closed and the service employee I spoke with sounded like it hadn't even been looked at and indicated it would not be available that day. It is now day 2 at 4pm and still had not received any indication from the dealer on a status. I once again called and this time was told that transmission diagnostics often take 2 or more days to complete which may or may not be true, but given that some tech has yet to call me to approve the additional research time that tells me in 16+ business hours my van has seen little or no tech time. I have since called 2 other Chrysler dealerships in the area and been told that diagnostics would be handled same day and one place even explicitly stated they don't schedule them after a certain hour to ensure they are most likely completed the same day. Two days wasted and still no closer to knowing whats wrong with my van. If I don't have some form of indication that the vehicle has been touched by tomorrow at noon I will be going somewhere else. What kind of business makes appointments with no intent on completing, or at least beginning work at the stated appointment time. The shuttle service was nice and the employees have been all nice, but thats no concession for obscene wait times. UPDATE I was contacted by the Service Manager to discuss my complaints and ultimately the dealership apologized for not going over the likely wait time for my diagnostic. Upgraded to 3 stars as they at least followed through on my complaint. More
