I had my car serviced near the end of 2010 with oil change and 30,000 miles service. Before I left Amanda told me the front brakes will have to be replaced before my next visit for service call. I called Amanda and made an appointment for 9:00 am, she said the front brakes will be completed and my rx 350 will be ready at 1:00 pm. She called me at 11:50 and said my car was ready, just to take my time and I got there around 1:00 pm. The price was fine, and the service was fast. I always recommend Lexus Rivercenter when I hear someone is checking for a new car. More
Berry Williams went out of his way to make sure that I was well taken care of after I purchased my used Lexus. I have been going to Lexus for service on my RX300 for 5-6 years and from early on I knew when I had to get another vehicle,the only car I wanted was another Lexus.Ken,Mike,Justin in service have always m 5-6 years and from early on I knew when I had to get another vehicle,the only car I wanted was another Lexus.Ken,Mike,Justin in service have always made me feel important.Although my RX300 was old,any service issues I was having,they were treated by Lexus service staff with the same importance as a brand new Lexus.I always felt safe in my RX300 knowing the Lexus service Dept.evaluated and fixed my car.I have nothing but gratitude for the way I have been treated by Lexus service dept.So last month when I realized my 162,000miles on my RX were only just beginning to give me little problems here and there I decided to start looking at buying a new-used Lexus.I know for most people buying a car can be exhausting and anxiety producing esp. even myself experiencing stressful economic times.But I knew positively(esp. after being wrecked into two separate times)I wanted only to own another Lexus.The entire experience working with Barry Williams in sales was beyond comfortable,in my month long search,Barry was informative,attentive,understanding to my unique financial situation.He called me whenever a vehicle came about that I might like.So,finally Thurs. and Fri. Lexus Sales manager Josh and Barry worked diligently to make sure I could own another Lexus.I wasn't anxious nor exhausted(ok,a little hungry)after 4 hours,but we got it done and now I am again very grateful to the sales dept. for working this out.I don't think I would have been treated with as much respect in any other car lot.I am so excited to own a Lexus RX400 Hybrid.Thank you so much. Some of my friends own Lexus cars and told me of the great service that Lexus provides once you buy one of their cars. They were right. I had a small problem with my new vehicle but Lexus was very accom great service that Lexus provides once you buy one of their cars. They were right. I had a small problem with my new vehicle but Lexus was very accommodating and assisted me with correcting the problem. Paul Suchanek was our sales guy but our relationship didn't end with the sale. He always takes time to talk with me when I come in for a car wash or whatever. I am sure he is friendly with all previous customers but he never makes me feel like a "customer". More like a friend. It is always a pleasant experience to visit the Lexus dealership. How many dealerships can you say that about? More
