We had set up an appointment with Nicole who wasn't in when we got there but she had passed on our information and which Jeeps we were interested in so Jorge was able to step right in and help us immediately. This alone exceeded our expectations and set the tone for entire buying experience. Jorge was professional, honest, and down to Earth; truly a pleasure to work with.
