We found what appeared to be the perfect match at Perkins in Colorado Springs, CO. After calling to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot, we drove the 1.5 hours to test drive it and make sure it was what we really wanted. The staff was attentive and helpful and salesman James Day was very helpful. We were able to get the car we wanted at a fair price, which is somewhat of a rarity nowadays. With the exception of a long wait on financing approval, the whole experience was an A+. We'll definitely be going back for future vehicle purchases! More

Purchase from THIS dealership! I have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership (5 new, 2 used) and each time they surpass my expectations. Since my last purchase, my usual sales a I have purchased 7 vehicles from this dealership (5 new, 2 used) and each time they surpass my expectations. Since my last purchase, my usual sales associate (Bill Ward) moved to the Finance Department, so I didn’t know who to see when I went in. I hate walking to the building, because ‘they’ usually are watching the customer parking lot and ambush you like a pack of buzzards. But this time, I was approached by Tawaiian Muniz. She was great! Asked what I was looking for, and actually listened! Found a couple of vehicles that were pretty close to what I wanted, and ended up test driving one. Since it’s for my wife and she was at work, Tawaiian even parked a vehicle on the first floor of their sales lot so we could look at it on Sunday AM (they have a gate that closes off access to the upper levels). I came back just less than a week later, and made the purchase. Perkins gave me a very good price, matched the internet price for USAA customers, and when we went to finance (Bill again!) they were pretty close to the USAA interest rate (ended up with 1.89%). No pressure sales and no pressure to up-sell options at finance, a good deal all around. More

Ron Booze absolutely worked on my side to make sure that I was able to find something that I would be able to drive off the lot with. He was very patient with me taking a few days and never once became a seems to care more about money then customer service kind of salesman. I had an absolutely horrible experience at a local dealership so it was very nice to have such a good sales man. I recommend coming here if anyone is looking for a car may it be used or new. More
