The Perris Dealership was able to beat both Dealerships prices and add another 2K in savings. The initial sales staff availability was a little slow but once the process started, everything went smoothly and timely. This is the second Kia I have purchased in the last 5 years and I'm a happy customer. Service Department: needs major improvement, I spent over 4 hours there for an oil change, ended up taking my car back home, rescheduled, only to be stuck there for another 3 hours the second time around. They did offer a 50% off on the bill that was overpriced for the service performed but I would definitively NOT take my car for service there again. More

Rip offs! This review is my opinion based upon my horrible personal experience with this dealership. The service technicians tried to oversell me and then over charged me for the routine maintenance service. Initially they denied the over charge but when I challenged the fees they backed down and gave me a $75 credit. I waited over 2 hours for the service to be done. Finally I requested they get my car so I could leave. Trust, integrity and customer service is lacking at this location. Kia Temecula is awesome!!!! More

Tire Theft I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my Rio, they had taken my new tires and put worn tires on instead. They denied do I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my Rio, they had taken my new tires and put worn tires on instead. They denied doing it and because I didn’t have the tire receipt in my car, I left with the raggedy tires. The sales department at this dealership might be good, but their service department is filled with thieves. I will go elsewhere in the future. More
