Service dept. is very deceptive. Quotes given aren’t accurate, not even close. Picked up car and it was 3x the quote. Service manager got mad at me for questioning is very deceptive. I have purchased two Ford trucks from Perry Ford, a 2020 F-250 Lariat 6.7 and a 2025 Ford F-350 Platinum 6.7 Hi-Output. I called Brian Smith and talked to him about the 2025 Platinum and a couple days lat F-250 Lariat 6.7 and a 2025 Ford F-350 Platinum 6.7 Hi-Output. Mike barnes was my dealer , when i walked in he was very nice and helpful . i bought a used car , it had a cracked windshield and i was told nothing else was wrong and in a couple of days it would be replac nice and helpful . i bought a used car , it had a cracked windshield and i was told nothing else was wrong and in a couple of days it would be replaced, after 2 weeks it was still the same , so when i took the half the deposit i told him i would pay for the windshield and give the leftover money , 2 days later it was replaced . i told him their was several small stuff wrong with the car , the day i took the car one of the break light was not working so i fixed it , 2 of the inside lights were out and the license plate one , the switch for the window was broken , the windshield fluid hose was broke , one of the alarm remote did not work , and i did not get the key to remove the rim . when i dropped off the last of the deposit i was told he would make a appointment with the parts to get it fixed , 2 months latter still no call . i will never go again . Cassidy was the first salesman i met there. He was the nicest guy. Very careful and patient and not pushy. I got a 4 year old car in nearly perfect condition.
