They easy under quoted labor when I called a few weeks ago about purchasing new keys after all mine were stolen. They also way under quoted the insurance guy who called them. My interactions with them alw ago about purchasing new keys after all mine were stolen. They also way under quoted the insurance guy who called them. My interactions with them always make me feel like I'm getting scammed, they said " oh I told you when you called to make the appointment yesterday" when we didn't talk about money on that call at all. I had called 2 weeks prior so I would have a quote for the insurance agency. They also have never, not once, called me when that said they would. It is the shop closest to my house and is I twisted them to do fair pricing, I would go there every time. Everyone in town talks about how you can't trust their quotes, even for an oil change. More
