Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever I decided to drive over to Pete Franklin in KCK after receiving a flier in the mail promoting a special that was ongoing. I didn't have any intention of actually purchasing a truck this day, I was just planning on taking a look at what they had and what kind of deal they could offer me. From the moment I drove onto the lot I received attentive and personalized service from Ryan Blevins, who sat down and chatted with me about what I was looking for, and then immediately brought me out onto the lot to test drive a truck that was exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for. From that point forward I was sure this was the dealership that I wanted to give my business. All of the staff at Pete Franklin made it a point to stop by and chat while I was waiting for the financing to get approved, which made the time I spent at the dealership fly by! After getting everything lined up with the bank and a really informative meeting with Micah Pelofsky I was walking off the lot with a fully equipped 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. Although I've only purchased one vehicle before, this was by far the best shopping experience I could have ever asked for. After going to 9 other dealerships in the area over the last month, I am glad I waited and found Pete Franklin's Best Cars KC. Their customer service was impeccable and I will definitely go back to Pete Franklin when I need a new car! More

With 3 kids we needed something bigger than the 2 cars we were driving. My husband and I looked online and found a Suburban that would be excellent for us at Pete Franklin's. We went to the dealership and met with Bobby B. He was excellent! He didn't try and push us into something we weren't interested in and worked to make sure we got exactly what it was we were hoping to. All the staff at the dealership was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I was dreading the finance/paperwork process because that is always the worst but the process was quick and painless and we walked out with the Suburban that afternoon. Deal with Don Farrel, if you want to be treated right I had a rough experience, because they let me leave with the car, before the loan was approved. The Finance mgr, Micah, was COMPLETELY unprofessiona, kept telling us about his personal issues, with his girlfriend & even called us "xxxxers"!! I was appalled at his lack of professionalism. Ryan, our salesman, was more professional, but lead us to believe the deal was done and that ALL taxes & fees were financed, into our loan. So, of course, registering our car wa it's OWN experience , when they asked for $500! Don Farrel took good care of us, cleaned up everyone else's mess, & even waived $200, to help cover the cost of registration. We DID leave with a car, thanks to Don! More
