We just recently purchased our third new vehicle from Peters and it was another positive experience. We got another great Honda vehicle at a great price. Everyone we worked with listened to us and we never felt pressured. The grandsons of Mr Peters (Nate and Justin) even came out to speak with us make sure that the vehicle was we expected. I had the worst time ever. I took my car in for service for a recall with the radio that they did and it did not fix anything but made it worse. I brought my wife car in for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car and charged me $179.00 for maintenance. To make matters worse, now we have a vibration like something is loose around the radio. I’m scared to bring it back in for them to charge me and tell me it was nothing again. Biggest scam. To top it off, the guy that took care of me once I pulled in, he told me as long as it had something to do with the recall I wouldn’t be charged and so he said unless an animal chew the harness I would be covered And when I confronted him he said he did not say that. In the time we are living in right now this is not cool. I’ll never buy or bring any of my 3 Honda I have to them again. More
