I dropped my truck off the night before as they told me they would service first thing in the morning. I ended up calling around 3 pm to see if it was done and they said it would be done an hour and I wou they would service first thing in the morning. I ended up calling around 3 pm to see if it was done and they said it would be done an hour and I would get a phone call. I never received a phone call. I ended up just going to the dealership around 430 and it was done finally. Not very friendly customer service people at the counter. Then I get in the truck and scroll through the settings to only find they never reset the oil light. Definitely not the service you would expect for 80 dollar oil change. More
