There is no way Pettus Ford can justify a $180/hr service rate! To top it off I was told the job would take 3 hours to fix. The bill was $740 (all labor) which is over 4+ hours billed. I wasn’t even given a rate! To top it off I was told the job would take 3 hours to fix. The bill was $740 (all labor) which is over 4+ hours billed. I wasn’t even given a small discount! This is no way to treat a customer who has purchased 3 vehicles. I will NOT consider Pettus for either a vehicle purchase or any future service. I do have one vehicle still under warranty so I might take that warranty work to another dealer. All my friends and family will be informed of the way I was treated. I’m in the market for a new vehicle but i will not consider any Ford/Lincoln product. More

I had an appt for an oil change and 30 minutes after appt I came to pick up my car and they said that’s not an appt time unless I wait for my car. I dropped off my car the evening before and was never told I came to pick up my car and they said that’s not an appt time unless I wait for my car. I dropped off my car the evening before and was never told that 10 am appt doesn’t mean a 10 am appt. I was leaving on vacation and they said it would be at least another hour, which would have been 1130. So I left. I felt the manager was rude too. More
