I live in Cumming and was shopping at my local dealership for a Civic Si. They offered me an average deal on the Si they had in stock. But besides not being crazy about the deal, I really preferred a diffe for a Civic Si. They offered me an average deal on the Si they had in stock. But besides not being crazy about the deal, I really preferred a different color. Si's aren't in huge supply so I had to look around a bit. I saw that way over in Athens there was an Si with my preferred color. I really didn't want to deal with a dealership 1.5hrs away, but I reached out anyway and spoke with Ralph Jones. He was very straightforward. Not the typical pushy salesperson. I told him my expectations as far as pricing goes, and he had a written offer emailed to me in no time. It was $1000, maybe more, lower than my local dealer. And besides that, there was no pressure, drama, or games. It was straightforward and I really liked that. So I traveled the 1.5hrs to them that same day and bought the car. A wonderful experience. Everyone involved was kind and helpful. Eddie in the Finance Dept. was equally helpful. I had a pre-approval from USAA for financing, yet he had another bank beat it by a half a percentage point! He also presented me with all of the many warranty options. He explained each one and allowed me to mix and match the ones I wanted. And when the price seemed a bit much, he lowered that too and even extended my warranty time period and mileage at no additional cost. Just like Ralph, Eddie was very friendly and down to earth. They both made my car buying experience great, and they saved me a decent amount of money. I also believe they were honest and forthcoming with me. So much so that I will most definitely recommend them, even with the 1.5hr drive, to all of my family and friends and anyone else considering the purchase of a Honda. I really could not recommend them more. This dealership is great, and they clearly have two of the best employees in the business. Ross and Armando are great and take time to answer questions or concerns so that I always feel confident with Honda. Service team counter was smooth and made sure anyone that appeared waiting had been taken care of or addressed their service request. I shopped other brands and dealers, but no one took care of me like Shad and Ross. I also feel it is noteworthy that I bought my car when all the dealerships got hit by the cyber shutdown. Everyone on team Honda worked smoothly and I got weekly texts to check on me and make sure everything was going well. Great team and customer service. Thank you all! More
