My Review of Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore:
Melcom was very helpful in suggesting that the car we were looking for was not necessarily a Jetta, but a Passat. And he was right. It had all the features we wanted, and the cost was very minimal over the Jetta for all the extras we received in the Passat. And the drive is much better.

Melcom was knowledgeable about all the features we inquired about, know exactly how to operate the navigation system, bluetooth devices, showed us exactly what was included in the satellite radio, and when to expect a call from sirius regarding a renewal package.

On the day of pickup, I was working with very tight time constraints, and Melcom, the dealership, and everyone involved in my purchase worked above and beyond to make sure I was out in the timeframe I gave them.

I would definitely consider Piazza Volkeswagon of Ardmore for my next vehicle purchase.

no bs and low key. fair price, right to the point. knowledgeable about the car and the competitors. i did get a spiel about buying products i did not want at the time of closing, but it was done lightly-almost if the man knew he was required to sell me an extended warranty even if he knew I did not want it. (I ultimately bought it the next day, after reading about it extensively online).

My Review of Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore:
If it wasn't for Jonathan, I wouldn't have bought this car. He was knowledgeable and confident about the quality of the brand, and he took the time to see that I could easily get my new car home after I bought it. I had been to two other VW dealerships, and the experience was not positive. I would recommend the dealership and Jonathan to anyone (and I have).

Jonathan gave me one price in writing which was good for several weeks.
All my questions were answered on the spot.
Great selection, pricing and service.

My Review of Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore:
From the very first email correspondence we had with Sue, we were impressed with her manner of doing business. She was knowledgeable, and NEVER pushy ( which is often hard to find when looking for a vehicle!) We had shopped around online with dealers for a competitive price for a new Jetta Sportwagon TDI, and we were very specific about what we wanted. Sue gave us ( by far) the best price for our vehicle, and made every accommodation in getting us the car ordered in a timely manner, as it had to come from the factory in Germany!
Sue was extremely friendly and personable throughout the entire experience, and sincerely, it was the easiest and most stress free large purchase we have ever made. Highly recommended!

My Review of Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore:
I've been a customer of Piazza Ardmore for about 4+ years and the service has always been good. I like wifi, cable, soft drinks and coffee in the lobby. The shuttle and loaner car service is among the best. Most dealers around the area offer loaners via an on-site rental company with a fee. Furthermore, I like that Neil Berger can be seen walking about the service area. I can't tell you what the other service managers look like in other dealership.

I went to Piazza and sought out Kevin on a recommendation from a friend. Kevin was really pleasant and easy to deal with. There was no bull. He was pretty straight forward and explained things thoroughly. I honestly felt he wanted to earn my business. The transaction was efficient.
