To Our Rescue We were heading back to Canada, leaving Hermiston, Or. on Sunday March 25 towing our 37' 5th wheel. We had just crossed the Columbia River when our "e We were heading back to Canada, leaving Hermiston, Or. on Sunday March 25 towing our 37' 5th wheel. We had just crossed the Columbia River when our "engine overheat" light came on. A quick look under the hood showed we had a coolant leak. Luckily we were at a highway exit. We were towed back to the RV park we had just left. Being a Sunday I could not call the local Ford dealer - Tom Denchel Ford Country. Monday am I called service and spoke to Ramon. He said that if I could get towed to the dealership they could get me in right away. A couple of hours later I was informed that it was a turbo coolant intake leaking. He promised that it would be repaired by end of day and we would be on our way. Good to his word the work was finished by 3pm.Excellent service!!! Thanks to Ramon and David. More
