Just as great the second time around! They also never made me feel rushed but ensured that they stayed in contact with me regarding the vehicle without feeling pressure. The few "corporate" dealerships I spoke with only added to my anxiety of buying a vehicle. The first vehicle I was interested in sold before I had a chance to look at it but Joel did a great job of working with me on the car I eventually got. Easy Car Buying Experience Ever! I have never had such a hassle free car buying experience! From the online inventory to signing the final document this was hands down the best experi I have never had such a hassle free car buying experience! From the online inventory to signing the final document this was hands down the best experience we've ever had. We dropped in on the sales man just shy of 1 hour before closing because we came from a few towns away. He didn't hesitate to help us even though many employees had already gone for the day. He took the time to have our car appraised via text and cell phone calls while we test drove the GMC we wanted. He even hand washed our new vehicle himself because it was after hours! I wanted to make sure there would be no surprises on my soon-to-be 2014 Tundra, so he quickly took pictures of anything (inside and out) that might catch my eye, and he texted them to me within 5 minutes. I filled out their finance application, and was pleasantly surprised that he shopped my rates with multiple lenders, and he was able to get me almost a full percent lower than anywhere else. I would highly recommend this business, and when I need another call, Pigg and Joel will be my first call. Well worth the 250 mile drive. More
