I wish all my car buying experiences were like Pigg's I had researched a wide variety of dealerships in the Montgomery area, and came upon Pigg Enterprises' website. After navigating their easy to use inventory search, I emailed the dealership asking about a particular car. I received an answer in short order and an offer to test drive the car. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, and I was able to take my time inspecting and test driving the vehicle. Instead of the aggressive sales tactics and annoying antics I have experienced at other dealerships, Joel Raley was the epitome of courtesy and patience. I never felt pressured and very much felt like I was visiting with friends. The financing portion, with Path Holena, was pleasant as well and straightforward. All in all, from the time I walked in to the time I had the keys was a mere two hours. This has been the seventh vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime and easily, hands down the best experience. Pigg seems to be a New Type of Used Car Dealer? It has been nearly a decade since my wife and I have shopped for a used (pre-owned, whatever) car. I have gone with a couple friends over the last few years and it seems that most all used car dealers still use the same old stale tactics when trying to manipulate you into buying a car or truck. I was dreading the trip to find us an SUV, luckily my journey started by calling Pigg and speaking to Arsenio. Not only was he super personable, he literally told my the Jeep I was interested in probably needed a new set of tires... at that point (someone telling the truth from the start) I know we would probably be purchasing from Pigg. Once on the lot, everyone was welcoming and you didn't have that icky feeling that you can get at other used car places. The negotiation was smooth and again... no cheesy tactics - like bringing out a mid-manger with some manufactured log sheet etc etc. The vehicle was a great deal and Arsenio and subsequently Pat were easy going and made the experience fast and enjoyable... like eating McDonald's french fries. I would recommend Pigg over anyone else. If you are in central Alabama and need a dependable used car at a better-than-fair price... and want great service, go to Pigg. More
