Eric Pastva was my sales associate. I still do not have my tags. All I wanted was to have someone find out what was going on, which was delayed because Eric would never respond to my messages. A backup plan for having another temp tag sent needed to be in place because here I sit with an expired temp tag and NO TAGS.

Let Rick Hackett know that on Friday Feb. 18th I left a message for Eric (at Suburu since that is where is was working) at 1pm to call me back so we could set up another temp tag to be sent and he never called me back. I called him at 9am Monday the 21st and was able to get a hold of him and he said to give him 15 minutes to call the DMV and he would let me know what was going on. He did not call me back so I left him a message at noon and no call back. At 3pm I called the dealership and said not to transfer me to him again because he is not responding to my messages and to please help me. The woman took my info down and John called me back and said the DMV needed a better drivers licence photo so I sent him one. John did not call me back to let me know anything so the next day I called him and he said that my tags "should" be in today (23rd) and he would overnight them to me. My temp tag expires today (23rd) and no one has called to tell me that yes, my tags arrived and they are being mailed out. I just want to be kept informed because I will be driving on an expired temp tag tomorrow, which I will do if I KNOW that my tags are on their way. All I want is to be kept informed of the situation, I shouldn't have to call 500 times and ask 5 different people before someone gets back to me. How do I know what is going on with my tags today unless I call and get passed around again? Jen McMahan 856-912-7420.

Every customer is important, our service consultants are trained to treat EVERY customer with respect and honesty. We are held to a much higher standard as a new car dealer and never seek to take advantage of anyone. All vehicles brought to our service department are inspected by factory trained technicians who try to give the customer an honest evaluation of his/her vehicle and recommend those items that may be in need of attention. Many of those repairs may not be noticed by our consumers but it is our experience that allows us to be able to find the "little things" before they become big things or much worse cause a breakdown situation. We understand current economic times are hard, it has effected us all, that is why we try to provide information to our customers and allow them to decide what is best for them. Never is a customer forced to, or guilt-ed into performing any suggested repairs and we stand behind any and all repair made.
