Very incompetent people I have bought cars from Planet Dodge and have had no problems, but the day I decided to buy from Planet Fiat....that was a huge mistake. The sales person was nice at first, once you leave the dealership with the car, you're garbage, no help at all. If by any chance you get rid of the car (by the way, the quality of the car and value suck) and you claim the GAP insurance, good luck because they say they will do the paperwork for you and never do. I had to the process by myself, I was always given the runaround. This is not the only time because my cousin also bought a Fiat there and they did the same thing with the GAP claim. I never give reviews, but these people are a joke and it's not fair. Hope my review helps you in some way. More

The planet fiat dealership had been open maybe for a few weeks before I visited the dealership. The showroom was not yet completed. The salesman was friendly at first. We then returned to dealership and chose the Pop convertible. No rebates, salesman stuck to sticker price. Financing deal at dealership was ok, but had to wait two hours to see the finance person. Was a bad buying experience but the service department is really good. I haven't seen the salesman when i visited the dealership recently, and this is a good thing. The Fiat 500 seems to be a reliable well made car. If you come to this dealer come prepared. More
