TOTAL waste of my time! I was contacted by James P. because we were looking at a vehicle online. I decided to spend the ONLY day I had off driving an hour to test drive the vehicle. I advised James that I was on a time limit because I wanted to see another vehicle in the metroplex about 20 mins away and that I was on limited time. We test drove the vehicle and I was told it would take 5 mins for them to value my trade in. It did not. We met his mgr. Valerian who spent some time speaking with us about why we were at the right dealership and that the other dealership wasn't a Lincoln and that we were definitely in the right place. He went on to explain how he values my time and understands I had one day off. We eventually ran out of time waiting on Planet Lincoln to value my trade and missed our other appt. so we gave up and decided to stay and look at numbers on the vehicle. We left with no deal and I was told by Valerian that "if we have to, we'll hold the vehicle if we need to until Friday". This was a Saturday and on the following Monday (while at work) the calls and texts started coming in from James wanting answers for the vehicle. At this point, despite me asking several times, they were not being transparent with my terms and the interest rate. After 20 plus messages and 7 phone call (while in the middle of my work day) I was told by James at 3:58 pm "Do apologize, but the vehicle just sold" So I was told a bold face lie, there was no transparency, and this is the epitome of bad business. Not only was my time wasted, but also a unnecessary hit to my credit. Had they been honest and upfront and mentioned someone else was looking at the vehicle, I would have not given my time and efforts to staying in communication (while working a 12 hr. day) into making this deal work. As the "biggest Lincoln dealership in the country" per Valerian, I would have expected a more decent, respectful deal, but I got the opposite. I had to end up buying a Lincoln from a NON Lincoln dealership because my time was valued, they were transparent, and there was no back and forth. More
Robert Martin the so called sales manager is absolutely piece of work. He came out and said there was really negotiation what so ever on the vehicle. He refused to show me in Reynolds of the price of the c piece of work. He came out and said there was really negotiation what so ever on the vehicle. He refused to show me in Reynolds of the price of the car. He didn’t explain or go over any buy rate that he has scene. He straight up told me he was 250 back of invoice and that he wasn’t trying to share anything or be transparent. I was supposed to receive a call back from Baxter and never received that phone call either. Here is the thing. You can pull the sheets over people who do not understand the automotive industry, but not me. All I asked for was transparency and never received it. If I still can’t believe Robert Martin has been in the industry 35 years and is still a sales manager. Sounds like to me you need to find a new profession, since he stated to me he has made so much money in the car business. Who talks to customers like that. Plus the whole demeanor of him is just super sketchy, I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. I’m sure Randall Reed is very proud to have someone like this representing him at his dealership, not! More
Moved to Dallas from another state. took my SUV in to the service department for a warranty repair, the previous dealership who did the initial work sent records of the repair. After 2 took my SUV in to the service department for a warranty repair, the previous dealership who did the initial work sent records of the repair. After 2 long weeks of ubering and borrowing cars to get to work, I was told the warranty part was not the problem and that $4500 worth of repairs on the sunroof was needed! BOLONY! The sunroof never had an issue! It was the sun SHADE that the warranty work was needed for. They avoid your calls while allowing your car to sit, and the end result is NO REPAIR. This service department is a money grab, while I just want the sunSHADE in working order. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Update: got the SUV back after 23 DAYS in WORSE SHAPE than it was when it was dropped off! 23 DAYS AGO. The shade was fully open, non operational and drooping down over the backseat. At minimum return the car to me in the condition I left it in….I am STILL WAITING for a callback that probably won’t happen….This is definitely not the customer service Ive known Lincoln to provide in the past. I wish I could attach the pix and video More
This review is after two years of purchase date, I second that the purchase experience is awesome and no other dealer can beat them. But by the time you start visiting the SERVICE department you will realiz that the purchase experience is awesome and no other dealer can beat them. But by the time you start visiting the SERVICE department you will realize how big are the lies you have been told from the finance manager during the purchase process. Anyway if your car still under warranty probably they won’t touch it or trying to fix it. Back on August I scheduled a service appointment without a LOANER just to get things done quickly because you need to wait at least a month to get a loaner car, so I rented a car on my own hoping to get my car fixed within a few days as they said. After two weeks back and forth with them they texted me (your car is ready we changed the AXLES and the MOTOR MOUNT and we test drive it and it’s ready, OKAY GREAT! I went there the next day to take the car, they handed me the keys only! no service invoice no nothing to sign! I drove home but the issue still the SAME!! Since September 10 till today September 24 trying to get the car back for service no one cooperate with me they just keep wasting time and if I didn’t call no one will follow up with me at all. I took the car to my mechanic and lift the car to check on the PARTS THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE CHANGED IT, and I was surprised how bad and unprofessional they are. They changed ONLY the right side AXLE!! The plastic cover under the engine is missing!! The wheel locknut is missing!! More
I've had my 2023 Aviator since December. Since then it's been in the shop several times for very basic things. This alone is frustrating, but there is not sense of empathy or advocation fro Since then it's been in the shop several times for very basic things. This alone is frustrating, but there is not sense of empathy or advocation from Planet Lincoln management or service advisors, with the exception of Alex (who is always super helpful). In the most recent experience, I brought my car in because the tire well pieces of fabric were falling down on both sides on the front of the car. On closer inspection, several of the plastic fasteners have fallen out, which caused parts of the well to fall onto the tires, which resulted in shredding of the pieces. Service says I had to have hit something that affected *both* sides of the car and therefore it's not covered under the extended warranty, despite no other signs of damage and the clear issues with fasteners. Just another example Of shoddy craftsmanship and unengaged service management. This will be the last Lincoln I ever own, noting 90% of that conclusion is based on service management. More

Was told that there are $3400 of add ons to every vehicle that they sell, and the customer has to pay for it without a choice. Upon pushing them on being able to make that choice, I was told that I would have to argue with them to have them take off the additional add ons. Was referred to a manager. The manager was going to "take care of me" and actually ADDED $578 to the price. I advised I wasn't interested and I would go elsewhere. Got a call about an hour later from another level of management. After I explained the situation to him, he advised that he didn't see what the issue was. I said it was OK and I was bringing my business elsewhere, so I was done talking about it. Then I get a text from a "managing partner" who wants to talk about it. I call and explain it to him and advise him that I have no interest in doing business with them and will be posting reviews for other people to see how they do business. I would be very leery dealing with these guys as they seem more concerned with someone posting reviews vs. handling a customer. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. More
