The people were friendly and did their job well, but the process dragged out over almost 5 hours the first day and another 4-5 the second day. They made me work hard to ensure the verbal promises given early in the sales pitch actually made it to the final paperwork. I don't think anyone was trying to be dishonest, only playing the game that dealers play. When there are 2 or 3 people involved the the finalizing process, there are multiple opportunities for detail errors, which cost the buyer money. 'Caveat emptor', let the buyer beware! Lisa Hamby was very helpful and maintained her sense of humor throughout, though I challenged it often. I have nothing but admiration for everyone I dealt with, but complete disdain for the process and what it puts the buyer through, unless he is willing to roll over for whatever the dealership wants in the deal. I cold called the dealership on Saturday afternoon and was transferred to Tanya who was able to verify the vehicle I wante nothing short of amazing. I was able to complete the credit application and was contacted by the James in the finance department within the hour who provided me with all of the finance options that I asked for before close of business on Saturday. I was able to finalize the purchase the same vehicle from Planet Lincoln Love Field this morning. I was even able to e-sign almost everything, and my car will be delivered to my home tomorrow morning without even having to step foot in their dealership.
