I recently worked with Frances Ramos during my vehicle purchase, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. From the beginning, Frances was extremely efficient in answering all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and transparent. When I arrived at the dealership, the team informed me that they wanted to pause the contract due to a concern they had discovered about the vehicle. I appreciate that level of honesty and integrity — it showed genuine cared about the customer’s experience and safety, rather than just making a sale. In my case, I happened to have a relative with the equipment needed to address the issue, but for others who may not have that resource, its valuable it is to have a dealership that is upfront. Their transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their business practices. In addition to Frances, Marcus and Fred were also wonderful to work with. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and helped ensure that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, this dealership demonstrated exceptional honesty, responsiveness, and customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and trustworthy car-buying experience. Horrible communication, loaners take forever to reserve, can’t fix an issue from day 1, service times take way too long, lots of changeover in service advisor staff. I’m no longer under warranty and will not go back here unless absolutely necessary. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I’ve had multiple issues over the last 4 years, spoken with customer service and management and it just seems to get worse. Sorry, PL, you’ve had many chances to get it right. I must warn others. More

Never any help with issues. Service is subpar. 2023 lincoln navigator has had electrical issues since literally the day we received it, but now my vehicle won't even turn on and Service is subpar. 2023 lincoln navigator has had electrical issues since literally the day we received it, but now my vehicle won't even turn on and is sitting in my driveway. No issue with the battery. It threw at least 10 errors before it shut off. Planet lincoln is zero help. I'd go to one of those places where they take $300 down and you pay 100k for the car before all is said and done before I ever give this dealer my business again. More

I gave this dealership 1 Star just for being there in close proximity. Purchased a brand spanking new vehicle in 11/23 and still can’t get in for service. By the way, they already reset my sunroof and has to do that on a new ordered car from their factory. The problem is with outside noise if you're riding on the tailgate of a Chevy truck. I hate so much I put my money down on this sour car. I hate it and they should be taken off the market with wires hanging under the passenger seat. I guess you may say “why haven’t reported all of this? I have, been reporting these problems since January 2024 and they a couple of months to get a brand new car in with under 1,000 miles. All these issues have been reported to Planet Lincoln in Spring, Tx. and the top manager, even their corporate office. I steer anyone to not shop at this dealership. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with a new cars over the past 20 yrs. I’m 61 and a service-connected disable veteran and I’ve been to many new vehicles. I recently bought a new Lincoln,and took delivery that day (Nov). I brought it back (FEB)to have it detailed and talked to my salesman Don Morgan. Prior to meeting Anthony, I walked away from a deal on an Escalade because the experience was so disappointing to me as a customer. More
