And if I wanted to test-drive the car, I would have to pay for it to be transferred to the location. They informed me when I was at the dealership that they advertise all of their cars at all of their locations. Of course they could not tell me this in the email that they sent me before I was there. I would rate Plattners's Lehigh with a negative star rating if it was offerred. I was in an state of emergency & needed a vehicle within 2 days. They showed me one that I liked, took my down payment rating if it was offerred. I was in an state of emergency & needed a vehicle within 2 days. They showed me one that I liked, took my down payment & said they were going to make a deal, and to come back on the appointed day to sign. When I got there, they had another vehicle & stated that the one I wanted was not available. because I had to follow through (and they knew it) I purchased the alternate under terrible terms. Within 300 miles I am facing the replacement of several very expensive front end components. I realize the facts of "buyer beware !", but this is the type of thing that gives used car dealers everywhere a bad name...Shame on you, J.F. & Plattner's as well !! More
