Well, I actually had to drop off my Ford Windstar, they tried to fix my car and 480 dollars later my car still had the same problem for which I had dropped it off for! The first person that picks up the phone is very unfriendly but the service guys are pretty nice, even so, obviously their mechanics are worthless, 'cause they couldn't fix my car at all! They kept my car for 5 days and yet the outcome was less than statisfying! More
