A great experience buying used (CPO) with Alessandro at Polestar. A breath of fresh air in the used market. Happy to answer any and all questions (of which I had a lot, being my first EV). Provided an out the door quote that did not change after the fact. Allowed me to test drive on my own. No hidden fees. Even held the car for a day so I could drive over an hour to see it the next day. Yes, the finance manager brought up the usual extended warranty, wheel and paintwork protection plans stuff, but it was discussion about what worked for me and not a hard sell. Whether all PS dealerships work this way, I don't know, but for me this is how car buying should go. (Note: this is a copy/paste of my review on Google, so wording is identical) More
