Unacceptable I have scheduled the service appointment with the COVID-19 pick up at my place; when nobody showed up, half an hour after the scheduled time and witho I have scheduled the service appointment with the COVID-19 pick up at my place; when nobody showed up, half an hour after the scheduled time and without any messages/calls, I called and I was told that the valets should pick up my car in the afternoon. Eventually, they arrived about half an hour later the second scheduled time. I was told that Tony should call me and ask about the car. That did not happen. I had no idea where my car was until the morning after as nobody contacted me, so again I had to call. I was told that the car should be ready in the afternoon (the day after the appointment) but then I received a text message if they could keep the car till the day after (3rd day) for a special lubricant to be applied. At that point, I asked for a loaner as I was without a car for two full days already and they needed another day; the loaner was denied while they offered that the car would be brought back to me and I will be contacted when the lubricant would be available to bring the car just for the quick fix. A week after I received a text about "making sure everything was going well" so I asked about the lubricant and was told that it was already applied during the service... Very confusing, I asked why there was still the same noise and nothing had changed. I was asked to send a video and after that to schedule another appointment. This time I drove my car there, got a loaner and my car was finally fixed. The second experience was just perfect but the first one was a nightmare: 7 texts, no phone calls, no car for two days and problem not solved. More

As I understand it, Steven and the sales manager stretched the rules a bit by holding the car we eventually purchased due to my work schedule. I had been dealing with two other dealerships trying to find the car we purchased, and you guys went the extra mile and came through. The other dealerships were not very accommodating, it seemed like their attitude was we will sell the car anyway, so no effort required. The only negative is we did not receive a thorough overview of the car's capabilities as far as the gadgets in the console and dash and we are trying to figure it out on our own. This is somewhat our fault as we were pressed to leave by the time we signed all of the paperwork. Steven did offer to do this at a later time, in person or otherwise, but with our crazy schedule we have not taken him up on the offer. More
