Alex kept in touch via text, and let me know when my Taycan 4S could be picked up after washing. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that the car had been thoroughly washed, both outside and inside! Alex summarized each part of the invoice, mostly just recalls, and I was on my way. Took in my new to me 2020 911 S to have the spoiler driver replaced. Unfortunately the wrong part was delivered from Germany. Simon had the parts manager call around and see if they could locate the driver replaced. Unfortunately the wrong part was delivered from Germany. Simon had the parts manager call around and see if they could locate the correct part domestically. They were able to find one in Atlanta, had it shipped out and replaced in my car within a few days. Did not have to wait an additional al 3 weeks. I very much appreciated Simon’s and the person in parts efforts to get this taken care off as quickly as possible considering I only had the car for a few weeks. More

Positives: • The initial service was completed in a timely manner. • Staff were generally courteous and professional. Major Concern: My primary disappointment stems from an incident involving the check engine light. Upon collecting my vehicle post-service, I noticed the check engine light was illuminated. This issue was not present when I initially brought the car in for servicing. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was met with a concerning response. The employees claimed they had not observed the check engine light during their final inspection. This discrepancy raises questions about the thoroughness of their quality control processes. Furthermore, when I requested that they address this new issue, the service center appeared reluctant to take responsibility. Their dismissive attitude towards a problem that manifested while the vehicle was in their care is troubling and falls short of the professional standards one would expect from a reputable service center. Conclusion: While Porsche Bellevue did complete the initial requested service adequately, their handling of the subsequent check engine light issue significantly diminishes my confidence in their service quality and customer care. I would caution other customers to be vigilant and ensure all aspects of their vehicle are thoroughly checked both before and after servicing at this establishment. More

The issue for us this time is that I picked up my 911 GTS two weeks ago today with a nearly empty gas tank. Looking at “My Porsche“ app the motor was running in the shop for 60 minutes, for a simple oil change. My service advisor Nicole, who is very good, agreed that is a lot of runtime, and deferred to the service manager, which is where the actual problem lies Despite acknowledging that we need to look into this together, I have been ghosted for a week by that service manager twice now, so two weeks, hence the 3 star, not usual 5 star review More
