What a FANTASTIC dealership!!! I was in the market to lease a new SUV and i liked the look of the new Cayenne. My sales person Ray was very courteous and knowledgeable of his product. By the time I picke lease a new SUV and i liked the look of the new Cayenne. My sales person Ray was very courteous and knowledgeable of his product. By the time I picked up my new Cayenne, which was a few hours after I visited the dealership, I knew everyone. The General Sales Manager (Mike) came over and introduced himself as well as the owner of the store. Great people very personable and courteous. Overall, a great experience. Very impressed with this dealer. I'd highly recommend it to all my friends and family. More
The service manager is extremely friendly and good-natured. However, the place looks kind of disorganized. They kept my car for four days for less than four hours of work. During that time, I had a crappy Chevy Malibu as a loaner. I guess the Cayennes are reserved for the customers who buy more expensive cars. When I picked up my car, the place was a zoo, with people running all over the place and customers waiting around in various locations. I've been waiting more than five weeks for them to call me about an ordered part that has to be replaced under warranty. This was not a great experience. I didn't buy at this dealership because the salesman kept me waiting for almost an hour for a test drive appointment I made a week in advance. I took my business and checkbook elsewhere. I'll probably do the same with the service dept. More

Usually I had to bring the car in two or more times to get a problem solved. More
