DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Macan in December 2024 from this dealer. We added a Term Protection Plus service contract with option My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Macan in December 2024 from this dealer. We added a Term Protection Plus service contract with optional brake and rotor coverage at a cost of several thousand dollars. Fast-forward to October 2025 - took car to Porsche San Diego for brake service and oil change. Our service contract was not "in the system" so no coverage. After speaking to "Kevin" in Finance at Irvine, he sent a new contract to me - said it was a clerical error and would be fixed. After signing new contract, it was not put into the system either. As of today (I called Porsche Protection) we cannot use this maintenance contract because it is not in the computer system and there has been no explanation why not from the dealer - yet they still have my money. I have spoken to three people (including Jeff Tuazon, Customer Experience Manager) at this dealer and the problem has not been resolved, nor have they called me to explain the situation or offered any compensation.
