As an avid Porsche Brand owner since 1987, I've owned 8 Porsches up to and including my current 2011 Panamera 4. Having dealt with various Tri-State Region Porsche Dealers - as well as owned and had serviced multiple Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Range Rovers concurrently over the same 26 years - I can safely say Larchmont Porsche is hands-down the best. The Service Team - lead by Bill Bologna - is the reason I have come back to the Larchmont (formerly "Pepe Porsche" of White Plains) Dealership after a brief stint as customer of another Dealership (Town Motors in Englewood, NJ). I had followed Bill Bologna to Town Motors given my confidence in his leadership of the Service and Parts Departments. Due to this very reason, I got my 8th Porsche (2011 Panamera 4) from Town. Once Bill returned to Pepe/Larchmont with the move to the new state of the art Facilities in Larchmont, I moved with Bill back to this Dealership. Since my return, I have worked with Gary Minsky (Sales) and Robert Pepe (Principal) finding them to be head and shoulders more client focused than other Dealerships I've dealt with. Have committed to trade my Panamera into them and buy (or factory order) my 9th Porsche from their Dealership. All in all a world class experience from Service to Sales! To underscore my appreciation, I note that this past weekend, my car's ignition switch was locked at 1pm on a Sunday. I rang 1-800-Porsche Roadside Assistance. They were courteous and prompt. The Tow Service dispatched didn't know what to do. He left without resolving the matter. Thankfully the car was safely in my driveway (stuck!!). Monday morning I rang Larchmont at 7:30am and Bill knew exactly what to do. He quickly dispatched a technician who knew the easy steps required to unlock the switch just as the OEM manual states. Am disappointed Porsche's Roadside Service couldn't provide such simple assistance considering this could happen to an owner at night and far from home. Am thankful that Bill and the Team at Porsche Larchmont know their cars inside out, are friendly and will go out of their way to take care of their customers. We are like family to them. That's why we return for service and want to buy our cars from them!
