No issues with the service manager who dealt. Came in to replace a light bulb. The shop gave me an estimated bill of more than 25k of things that need to be repaired. Car is only worth 12k. Took it to an outside shop. They charged $150 and replaced the bulb and all good. I don't think I will ever come back to the dealership for any repair as I have lost faith. Love my car but unfortunately the service and repair sucks. More

Our car was there 10 hours. I had to xx TJ halt ask for updates and was told the problem was being diagnosed. I finally called at 5:20 to see if we could pick the car up because I had to xx TJ halt ask for updates and was told the problem was being diagnosed. I finally called at 5:20 to see if we could pick the car up because we live in Idaho and were heading home the next day. I was told it just needed coolant for the air conditioner so they put some in and some dye to see is there was a leak. We headed home nd the air didn’t work so I made an appointment at the Porsche dealer there. Within a short time they diagnosed the real problem! It had a hole in the air compressor caused by rocks flying up from the roadway by a passing truck. It was sending steam and smoke out the grill when the air was charged. Amazing they didn’t find that in 19 hours in Livermore!! Repair was $5800! More
