Process to test and purchase vehicle was pleasant, but took way too long. Not sure why we were left to sit for so long (almost 2 hours!) waiting for paperwork, then waiting for car to be ready. No offer of refreshment (except water) during process. Should have recommended we go (get food, walk puppy, etc) then come back when all was ready to sign papers and write check. More
