Very disappointing I stopped by yesterday and was told that my car could not be serviced and that I had to wait 30 minutes for a lift to go back to my house. So I took b I stopped by yesterday and was told that my car could not be serviced and that I had to wait 30 minutes for a lift to go back to my house. So I took back my car with the comment that I had to come the next day at 9h00 and everything will be completed by 10h30. At 10h44 I got a message that my car had been diagnosed ( I guess that I was put back after other customers ) and I approved the charge and that the work will be completed asap . I waited till 12h30 and I was told that there was some delay and it will be till 1h30. I finally picked my car unwashed at 1h10 with 1050 $ less in my pocket. I am disappointed that it is almost impossible to reach someone at this shop and that commitments to the customer are not honored. I am in a phase to buy a new car and the new dealer is promising a loaner each time my car is dropped at the garage and a car wash as many times as I want More

Very good service and great customer service. Waited 2 hours for my first service. I requested for a shuttle service or a loaner car but they don’t have both service at that time. Shawn and Philip did a g hours for my first service. I requested for a shuttle service or a loaner car but they don’t have both service at that time. Shawn and Philip did a great job and one sales man (I don’t know his name in the front desk)describes about the new cayenne coupe! He answered my questions about the new 911. 👍 More
