In the past year I've traded in two Porsches and purchased three from Porsche SouthPoint. I've dealt with Ian and Edwin in Sales, and both have gone out of their way to do things right, every time. purchased three from Porsche SouthPoint. Specifically, with a purchase of a CPO GT3 RS, the attention to detail and diligence on fixing even the tiniest flaws with this (used) car has been exemplary. More

I purchased a 2020 Cayenne Coupe S and was rear-ended in an accident. I've been waiting over 50 days with no ETA for a replacement part. Neither an Area Specialist (actually 3 of them) at Porsche North Amer an accident. I've been waiting over 50 days with no ETA for a replacement part. Neither an Area Specialist (actually 3 of them) at Porsche North America nor the General Manager at Porsche Southpoint can solve this problem. No one has an email or telephone number to request a part from manufacturing. No one calls you or seems to be working on the problem. The response and service is horrible. Had I known there weren't replacement parts for the Cayenne, I wouldn't have bought it.. More

I've now bought two Porsches from Porsche Southpoint, both times with a pleasant and professional experience. This particular review is prompted by a service visit yesterday. I'd noted a Porsche manufacturing issue to them on Wednesday evening and it was fixed by Monday lunchtime. The part in question is quite obscure, and on a brand-new model, and yet it was in stock and clearly rush delivered to the dealership. Impressive. More

Unresponsive I was close to buying a Porsche Cayenne from another dealer and I noticed that they had a similar car and were a lot close to me.
