My husband and I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. John Farley accompanied us on the test drive and answered all of our questions related to the vehicle. When he was unable to answer a particular question, he took it upon himself to have the service technicians follow-up to answer my question. I feel that I got a fair price for the vehicle and the buying process was completed in an efficient manner. Noel Bayne contacted me following the purchase and offered to "go over the vehicle again" in order to answer any questions that I may have. When it came to negotiating the purchase, Roger was reasonable, respectful and completely professional. When I picked the car up the day after we made the deal, the service department had it ready to go on time, and it was sparkling! Tammy handled the final paperwork efficiently and with good humor. Roger phoned a few days later to see how things were going and to answer any questions I might have. Everyone I dealt with at Porsche of Maplewood, from the receptionists to the sales manager, were friendly and made it a pleasure to do business there.
