The Service team at Porsche Warwick seems really great so far. It is my first experience with them. They seem excellent. Kevin the Service Manager is excellent: communicative, friendly, honest, "get it done" far. It is my first experience with them. They seem excellent. Joe one of the Technicians that works on Classic Porsches is really great also: Honest, knowledgable, friendly. There's a really great and strange vibe here, especially for a "corporate type" dealer (i.e professional car dealers for high end brands). It's strange in a great way - you never get the feeling you are getting "corporate-speak" or that they are "protecting themselves" or playung defense from perhaps demanding customers. You get the sense that a knowledgable friend that you trust is working on your car - straight shooters, knowledgable, responsive, competent. Maybe this comes from Kevin's leadership or from the type of people they hire or both, but it is really evident and "different" in the best possible way. I don't have my car back yet (for good reason) and they set execttaion up from given its an older Porsche Classic - and I will know more about the experience when done, but so far "5-star" and I expect it will be that way when I get my car back. More

I wanted to take a minute to express my special thanks to Mark Walker at Porsche Warwick. Let me start out by saying this was my dream for years, ever since I was a kid…now I can afford to make my dream into Mark Walker at Porsche Warwick. Let me start out by saying this was my dream for years, ever since I was a kid…now I can afford to make my dream into reality, thus a big deal and very very speical as any new car purchase should. I live in Boston and Cape Cod so I called my local dealerships, knowing the spec I wanted and the basics. I got no where but snark and rude replies. I said, “Let’s call one more dealership and if that fails, I’ll just wait…”…I call Warwick and get Mark…I explained my situation and he gave me the best news…I was actually blown away and speechless. I asked if I could make an appointment then next day which he made and followed up. The next day we (friend and I) got there early. Mark showed us around service, lounge and spent all time with us in ordering the new car. I really couldn’t have asked for a better day in my life with first class service beyond what I expected. On the way out Kristinia (Manager) came out to introduce and thank me…explaining how she would input the order into Porsche and Mark would follow up…which he did an hour later…! Thank you both for first class, red carpet service. I know this is what you do daily for all clientele but this will be something that I’ll never forget. More
