A Cautionary Tale for Porsche Customers: Disappointing Experience at Porsche West Houston I’ve been a loyal Porsche West Houston customer for years, entrusting them with several high-performance vehicl Experience at Porsche West Houston I’ve been a loyal Porsche West Houston customer for years, entrusting them with several high-performance vehicles, including my GT2RS and Cayenne Turbo. Until recently, I had no complaints. However, my recent experience has been beyond frustrating and deserves to be known to protect other customers from similar treatment. I brought my Cayenne Turbo in for a front drive shaft and front differential replacement—a repair that, under normal circumstances, should not have taken more than a few weeks. Instead, my vehicle sat on their lot for nearly a year. Yes the refurbished differential arrived late (not a year) but it demonstrated no mechanical problem. When I finally picked it up, I discovered numerous issues that were not present when I brought the car in: • All coolant leaked out while driving home. • Broken vacuum hoses triggered a Check Engine light. • A broken ride height sensor. • A gasoline leak on the left fuel injector rail, which poses a serious fire hazard. These damages necessitated multiple towing trips back to the dealership, creating significant inconvenience and additional costs. Despite paying over $5,000 for their services, Porsche West Houston refused to accept responsibility for the new damage and dismissed the factory warranty on the new parts. Their management General Manager, Marianna Brasel attempted to deflect blame by falsely claiming that the age and mileage of the vehicle caused these issues, which is simply untrue. I personally re-installed the entire intake manifold and clearly demonstrated that the spontaneous breaking of hoses or pipes did not occur due to age. This was purely a result of their technicians’ mishandling of my vehicle. It is clear that Porsche West Houston’s service department is limited in their technical ability, raising serious questions about the end quality of their work. Critical safety checks—such as inspecting for fuel leaks or other damaged components—were completely neglected. If you value your safety and your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding Porsche West Houston for any service needs. This experience has been a disappointment for a brand that claims to represent luxury and excellence. More

Amanda and Jason went above and beyond to keep me updated over the course of my repair. They provided the customer service that you expect from such a great brand. over the course of my repair. They provided the customer service that you expect from such a great brand. More
Excellent friendly customer service. All of the employees were helpful and courteous. The vehicle was ready when promised. It had been washed and vaccumed. I would recommend them to my friends. were helpful and courteous. The vehicle was ready when promised. It had been washed and vaccumed. I would recommend them to my friends. More
As a person in the sales/service industry, my expectations are high and there is nothing worse than working with someone during a stressful time that does not handle things appropriately. This is expectations are high and there is nothing worse than working with someone during a stressful time that does not handle things appropriately. This is far from the case at Porsche West Houston. From the moment I walked in, the team at PWH (my shortened name for them), was sympathetic towards my situation and made every possible accommodation. Amanda Salazr in the Service Dept and Will Spires in the Sales Dept did everything you would expect from a top-tier organization. When my vehicle faulted, and cars were unavailable, they pulled a brand new car off of the lot to provide to me. The communication was constant, regardless of whether the news was what I wanted to hear. Often times, people will avoid conversations that are not going to give the consumer the results they are looking for. But PWH not only reported back to me quickly, they also gave me a plan of action and timeline of what to expect so I knew what to expect. Even prior to the completion of the repairs to my vehicle, they still were in contact with me to check in on me and make sure nothing was needed. If I can only give 5 stars, then I guess I can only give 5 stars. But if there was an instance where an exception was made, they would easily deserve 500 stars. Kudos to the family at PWH and know that you have a customer for life. More
