These comments are about the service dept. all in all very professional staff. Did not like categorizing visit as 8 year check up when it was 60,000 mile inspection and maintenance. Also was noted in the follow up that the 60,000 checkup was due 10/23 and not done. All maintenance has been done on the car on time. Results of the $3,000 checkup showed oil leak and potential coolant leak costing another $6,000. It was extremely stressful. Jackie Mc Donough was so very caring and helpful. She helped me clean out my car and arranged for a ride. She noticed me waiting while others were huddled around the check machine trying to get it to work. She stepped in immediately. Great experience and everybody was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that I noticed on the car was a small chip in the paint on the right rear bumper. It is very small.
