Was very helpful with complete process especially showing us all the option to what the Maverick has and how to use them. I will recommend Portage Ford and Vance when ever i can. More
Tried to buy a plug-in hybrid at Portage Ford. The car qualifies for an instant federal tax rebate. The dealership refused to even sell me the car -AT THEIR FULL ASKING PRICE. Apparently they are too lazy to fill out some extra paperwork. I even offered to give them a downpayment to hold the car until the tax rebate cleared (typically within 72 hours). They’ve been sitting on this car for 3 months (Nov. 22nd to Feb. 22 and still going). While searching for cars again online the next day, this car came up again in my search results—but with a higher price! They had the nerve to RAISE their asking price $601. I was even willing to put money down until the federal credit was approved, but nope. If it isn’t selling, raise the price—Who does that?? More
