Customer Service was rude unpleasant and unwilling to do her job. She lacks people skills and sympathy. I have over heard her on the phone and watched how she interacts with customers and she not someone I her job. She lacks people skills and sympathy. Brought car in to dealership with appointment for factory recall. Spent two hours there waiting after which told parts had to be ordered. Would have to come back another time for 2 to 2 1/2 hours for part re recall. Spent two hours there waiting after which told parts had to be ordered.
