Porter Hyundai never disappoints with their timeliness, efficiency, courtesy, comfortable waiting room, and knowledge. The service customer service is horrible, no one answers the phone and when they do they want to send you to someone's voicemail who still takes 2 hours or more to call you back. Although sales dept was quite helpful, Service department will not live up to Hyundai promise on warranty issue. Case in point... Called to make an appointment for scheduled Free change, first one of thre will not live up to Hyundai promise on warranty issue. Case in point... Called to make an appointment for scheduled Free change, first one of three, was told it was a drive through service and they would not make an appointment. So I did.....When I got there, I was told I would have to wait 3 hours or more for this Promised service that Hundai sold me with my vehicle, which is a 2023 Sante Fe Calligraphy. Needless to say I have better things to do than wait around for that much time. 2 months later , SAME EXACT THING...Was told I would have to wait over 3 hours for a promised oil change which is one of three Hyundai promises. To make a long story short, I would NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.....RUN! I wonder what may happen if my new Hyundai ever broke down. Seems as though they will only make time for paying customers which I thought I was as I paid top dollar for this car. I cannot even give this dealership one star. More
