James Ward the Service Manager is very abrasive and just plain mean. He seriously told me the only customers that give them bad reviews are the ones they refuse to do business with. Well guess what, I will plain mean. He seriously told me the only customers that give them bad reviews are the ones they refuse to do business with. Well guess what, I will never do business business with them again. This experience after doing business with them for at least 15 years has left me stunned. They couldn't even remember us or the work order booked a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, we are done. More
