I bought a car from Tyler. Traded a car in that was flawless expect same from dealer. It was pouring rain asked about scratches etc in paint he said was fine. The car they sold me was a tow off and not properly inspected. I took it in for service and items were stolen from the trunk they left unlocked. Unpleasant I can say that the sales man I worked with was great but overall I am not impressed nor would I send anyone there. The first day I had the car I found I can say that the sales man I worked with was great but overall I am not impressed nor would I send anyone there. The first day I had the car I found a needle, tin foil and band-aids in the drivers side door, and noticed the the rubber seal around the windshield wasn't put in properly. When I went back, I told them about the disgusting find and asked if they would put the windshield in correctly. I was told that it would be fine and it was because of an aftermarket seal...that only if I had leaking problems in the next few weeks then to get a hold of them. I also did not get even a sorry about what I found in the car. It's too bad that they had an opportunity to have a customer who would have promoted for them who now wouldn't send anyone to them. I hope you read this because sorry and what seems to me like a quick fix is what separates a good car dealer from the not so good ones. More
