A Brazen Rip-Off and Total Scam - AVOID Premier Chevrolet Service! This is not service; it's a scam. I brought my 2017 Chevy Colorado in for a check engine light that I had already diagnosed as a simple c Service! This is not service; it's a scam. I brought my 2017 Chevy Colorado in for a check engine light that I had already diagnosed as a simple camshaft sensor issue. A DIY video shows the repair takes 15-30 minutes, and the part costs around $50 on Amazon. Premier Chevrolet's Service Advisor quoted me $1,329 for the repair, claiming it required 6 hours of labor at $225/hr. I didn't realize they were the very same part until I read the receipt at pickup. Included in the charge was the diagnostic time - which clearly was communicated to me it would be waived if I used their Service. It was not. The most infuriating part? They called with the diagnosis at 1 PM and called back at 4 PM to say the truck was ready. That’s just over 3 hours from start to finish. They charged me for six hours of labor for a job that was clearly not a six-hour job—and they knew it. This is a dishonest, fraudulent business practice designed to take advantage of customers. The overcharge is inexcusable. Do not trust this service department. Take your business anywhere but here. More

What a waste of time! When talking to the individual at check-in who never introduced himself ( remains nameless ) When reviewing my list of concerns he then informs me th When talking to the individual at check-in who never introduced himself ( remains nameless ) When reviewing my list of concerns he then informs me that it’s a TWO day wait before my car will even reach a technician for diagnostics. I asked why would you have an appointment only to have a lead time of two days to see a tech? He responded with that’s just how we get you in the queue. Who is able to be without transportation for a minimum of TWO days?! This location clearly can’t handle the volume of vehicles coming through. I also had an issue with my factory tires and was sent here by Michelin to have them inspected. They wanted to charge me their hourly rate to inspect them. Yeah right! They don’t realize that if the issue was in fact confirmed by the tech Michelin would in fact be paying them to replace them. I won’t be returning to Premier Chevrolet for any future service needs. More

Manager believes their service technicians are “entitled to make a mistake.” My mind was blown! After waiting 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment, I noticed one of my rims was missing a lug nut an to make a mistake.” My mind was blown! After waiting 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment, I noticed one of my rims was missing a lug nut and every other lug nut and each rim area holding the lug nut were completely scratched. Apparently they didn’t know how to take them off without scratching them. Each rim coast of $500!!! If you don’t have the right tool, don’t do it!! They also told me we brought the car in with a nut missing which was a complete lie. They took no responsibility for the mistakes and the service manager actually said they were entitled to make a mistakes. It’s so wrong it’s unbelievable. Never have I ever experienced such terrible and damaging service. Never again!!!! More
Service department is a joke. Made an appt for a minor oil leak on a ZL1 that I purchased at this dealer new in 2022, then when I arrived, was told it would be at least 3 days jus Made an appt for a minor oil leak on a ZL1 that I purchased at this dealer new in 2022, then when I arrived, was told it would be at least 3 days just for a diagnosis. No loaner or rental car was offered. Three days later, I was told by the service advisor that the problem had something to do with the exhaust manifold and that a part (GM 21992620) had been ordered and the car would be ready "hopefully" by midweek the following week. I checked the part number and it's a exh manifold gasket. No way on earth this can be related to an oil leak! I challenged the svc advisor about this and she said that's what the tech has ordered and that she is unable to reach the tech that day (Friday 4/25). I asked for rental car (svc cntrct should provide one if the veh needs to be kept overnight) and was told there were "none available". Asked to speak with the Service Manager and was told she's "gone for the day and won't be back until Monday". Asked for her cell number and was told I couldn't have it. Asked to speak to the dealership Director of Fixed Operations and was told he's gone for the weekend, won't be back in until Monday. General Manager and was told they don't have one. Asked to speak to "any" manager and was told the only manager would be the sales manager and he won't be able to do anything for me. Asked to have a Chevrolet district or regional service manager contact me and the service advisor said that she has no idea who that would be and recommended that I call Chevrolet (Corp) customer service and was given that number. As a former Service Manager/ Director of Fixed Ops at a major brand dealership, I can say that this service department is the absolute worst. Avoid it at all costs! More
