He kept me well informed during every step of the manufacturing process. I just picked up my vehicle this past Saturday and I am beyond happy! All he did was answer our questions and facilitate the experience for us. There was no pressure, no haggling, and we left the dealership feeling great about our experience. And we LOVE our new Jeep. When we returned - twice - for test drives, he had the trucks ready to go, with enough gas to actually go more than a couple of miles; unlike other dealerships that we went to. We were actually able to get a new truck - my husbands first, in over 30 years of driving - leasing for less than it was going to cost to purchase a 5 year old used one that he was considering!
