I have been leasing with Prestige for many years and for some reason thought about trying out a different brand of vehicle and even for that matter, a different BMW dealer. They say that doing that only makes you appreciate what you have. And after trying to deal with sale and business people from three dealers on a different vehicle brand and two other BMW dealers, I ended up going back to Prestige- truly a day and night experience. From Lori working in the background as always and Rich Ortiz staying with me on dozens of back and forth emails and voice mails, I again experienced the First Class treatment that I am so used to at Prestige. Lori has been client advisor for many years and truly understands my requirements. Glad to be back with her again. I made a new friend in Rich Ortiz. His patience and courtesy got me through the end. Such a pleasant experience especially knowing negative impressions of dealing with business managers. I wish all your clients go through Lori and end up closing with Rich- I bet that you end up writing the same review. Oh, and what a bonus- when I returned my lease and picked up my car, i was met and taken cared by Zarina Fargali, one of the most interesting individuals I have recently met. She made the whole process fun and immediately made me very comfortable. Her very pleasing persona made me want to want to stay a bit more at the dealership- and at a time when I was so excited to take the new car home. The extra amount of time spent at the dealership was more than worth it! A big kudos to Zarina and a an even bigger kudos to Prestige for hiring people like her. Prestige- while you have the type of vehicles in inventory that would want to make potential customers check you out first, your Lori, Rich and Zarina are what makes your company great! Final kudos to my other friends in Service (Anna Piserchia and Eric Salas) who always make me look forward to my visits at your Service shop for routine or out of routine calls. All top notch and FIRST CLASS!
