Today, I went into the dealership in Ramsey, NJ and was introduced to the sales consultant Chris D'Onofria who was friendly, knowedgable and just a pleasure to work with. They arranged everything on the spot with the NY DMV and with my State Farm insurance agent. Remarkably efficient. Then Chris took us out to the vehicle and he went through many functions of the touch screen etc. He put on temporary plates and said good-bye to us. End of story....with a happy, satisfied customer. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Toyota. More

Prestige Toyota started out on the wrong foot, when I drove an hout down there to check out a used car, only to find that they'd already sold it! I flipped out and left. Dimitri called me later that day to apologize and to let me know that they had secured the car for me if I still was interested. I returned the next day, and Hermes Peña took very good care of me. He was very attentive, and I ended up buying the car. After a rough start, Prestige did the right thing, and I'm very pleased with them and the car. More
