Vehicle Damage 2019 ram white was towed in for service. Vehicle had no damage done to it. When I received the vehicle back (at night) I simply drove home. The follow 2019 ram white was towed in for service. Vehicle had no damage done to it. When I received the vehicle back (at night) I simply drove home. The following day I noticed blue markings on the drive side mirror from where it was hit going into a service lift, the passenger side mirror had wall damage from were it scraped against the building. I spoke with a manager and he said it was not his facility that caused the damage nor was he going to review video of the occurrence. FYI @holden dodge lifts are blue. So now all I can do is simply strongly encourage you to inspect your vehicle after service from them. More

Service department I would NEVER bring my Jeep back to this place. I had a scheduled appointment for them to run diagnostics on my truck and it took them 3 days(not to i I would NEVER bring my Jeep back to this place. I had a scheduled appointment for them to run diagnostics on my truck and it took them 3 days(not to include the weekend they were closed) to tell me what was wrong with my truck. My truck has been there going on three weeks. The reason I received was because they have 45 appointments that day and are busy. Also because it was Friday and they probably was not going to start on a transmission the last day of the week. If my car was not under warranty I would have never came to this dealership but I had to have a Jeep dealership fix it. They also do not want to give you a loaner car for things covered under your warranty and they don’t care how fast they give your car back to you. This dealership does not give you updates on you car. I had to call them each and everytime to get information on my truck after not receiving a call or anything. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

One of the BEST car buying experience A low key experience, was only looking at the time but spoke with our salesperson who explained the deals of the month, One thing lead to another, all A low key experience, was only looking at the time but spoke with our salesperson who explained the deals of the month, One thing lead to another, all the numbers fell into place, received a good trade value, received extra rebates as a gesture, no out of pocket money used, our salesperson wasn't pushy and didn't try and sell us something we didn't want, she listened and delivered, it helped having the car we were interested in on the showroom floor, the finance office was also pleasant to work with, he ran our credit and found we have excellent credit and did multiple searches for the best interest rate, After all his leg work he found an even better deal the night we signed and had to redo the paperwork, I feel he looked out for out wallet, We are Toyota fans and have nothing bad to say about Toyota and would buy another one, This is our first Dodge and so far impressed with our Charger, very comfortable, roomy and I'm a BIG guy with a bad hip, doesn't have the HEMI or ALL the bells and whistles, however it has more options than I ever expected, I feel this car is going to be a keeper and have no plans to get rid of it or trade it unless something major happens that can't be foreseen, hope this helps and good luck!!!
